Early morning wake-ups can be difficult, as the thought of sleeping in is usually a much more appealing option. If you are getting bored of that old constant use of the snooze button and zombie-like morning routine then I am here to help you out.

You have to find out first different reasons behind not waking up early and what to do about them. Chances are you are not getting enough sleep which leads to waking up late. Waking up early can be quite challenging for someone, and take some commitment. However, waking up early can come with different positive benefits like improved energy, better concentration, improve productivity, improved sleep quality, etc.

Before we start I will suggest you read till the end so that you do not miss any important points and also one reminder I will share a free beginner training program to build muscle within a few days for those who will subscribe to my mail list, so make sure to subscribe and get beginner training program absolutely free.

Going to bed early

Going to bed early effectively helped me to wake up early. As an adult, you should always aim to get at least 7–8 hours of sleep every day to have a healthy body and mind.

As a gym-goer, I need at least 7–8 hours of sleep every day, and to fulfill that requirement while waking up before 6:30 am I have to go to bed before 11 pm. So training your body to go to bed early may help you rise earlier.

One tip I want to give try to complete all your work one hour before bedtime and stop using your phone before bedtime. It will really help to go to bed early.

Keeping the alarm away from my reach

This trick is a game-changer for me. Most of you must have heard that hitting the snooze button is one of the common reasons for waking up late.

If you also used to do that then keeping the alarm or the phone away from your hand will gradually force you to get up from your bed and turn that off. I will suggest you keep your alarm or phone at least within a walking distance so that you have to walk there to turn that off. This will reduce the probability of once again going to bed.

I usually keep my phone to a shelf so every time it rings I have to walk there to turn my alarm off.

Finding a reason to wake up early

To do anything successfully or to be consistent about something you have to find a reason behind doing that. The same rule applies here too. If you have a strong reason to wake up early then gradually you would wake up early. Tell me how many days you woke up late when you had to attend an important meeting early morning, probably very few. That is what I am saying, find your reason.

For me, my reason is the gym. Before I used to go to the gym in the evenings but when I choose to wake up early I switched my gym hours to the mornings and as I love the gym there is no reason I will miss that.

Summery

If you always complain about not having time to go to the gym or a habit to follow then you should wake up early and find at least an hour for yourself. Try implementing these few changes and see if these tips help you or not. If you feel you are not getting any positive result then there are lots of content out on the internet to check out.

So this is all for this blog, hope you found it helpful. If you have anyone to share this blog then you should share this with them. Hope you will try my methods and if you already wake up early then kindly share your tips for others in the comment section below.

Once again as I said before if you want my beginner's muscle-building program free then subscribe to my mail list, make sure to follow me to help reach 100 followers before 2022.
