Paneer is something which is mostly famous among vegetarians. It is more known among people as Indian Cottage cheese. It is not only healthy but also pretty rich in protein. For people who are planning to lose weight, eating paneer regularly can be fruitful as it is not too large in calories and filling.

Paneer is made out of milk and is one of the most loved milk products. From Paneer Butter Masala to Paneer Tikka there are many dishes you can cook from paneer. But in this blog, I am going to share with you a 5-minute paneer recipe that is simple to make and also high in protein.

As paneer is not popular among non-vegetarians, I thought to bring this recipe to make them attached to paneer. I can bet if you try it once there is a great possibility you will have it daily.

Before I start here are a few benefits of paneer.

Recipe

Here is the recipe.

  • Take 100 grams of paneer.
  • Cut into small pieces or mash it.
  • Take one egg (50grams).
  • Take a pan and pour butter or ghee to cook.
  • Put the egg after the butter or ghee get hot.
  • Then add the paneer.
  • Mix them well.
  • Add Maggie masala and mix them again.
  • Now it is ready to be served.
