What Is the Best Health Advice You Give Someone?

Health is wealth. No matter what you do/achieve in life a healthy body is all that everyone always asks for. It is not ever possible to make healthy choices in life. However, a healthy lifestyle is going to keep you flourishing your whole lifetime.
Although it is known to all that what choices can keep a person healthy they still fail to execute them properly. You can find numerous health advice on the internet but unless you can execute it properly it all will go in vain.
Here in the blog, I am going to say one piece of health advice that I have received from one of my favorite YouTubers and want to share it with you; so that you can get benefit from it.
The Advice
This is the advice that Hampton from Hybrid Calisthenics shared in one of his Reels/YT Shorts.
“If I have to pick between exercising every person on earth for 1hr. daily and giving everyone a full night of sleep (like 8–9hours) I will every time pick the second option.”
Why Sleep is important
Even if you exercise daily or have a proper nutritionally balanced diet (Know how to create a personal diet plan without any nutritional knowledge) if you do not sleep your body will not recover from the damage you did through daily activities and exercises. Here is the reason why sleep is required,
- Poor sleep is linked to depression and also other mental health issues.
- It supports a healthy immune system.
- Poor sleep is linked to increased inflammation.
- Poor sleep can affect social and emotional interactions.
- Lack of sleep can decrease the focus on any task.
- Bad sleep is not healthy for the heart.
