Why You Should Never Buy Cheap Protein Supplements
This is why I always avoid cheap supplements.
When the intention is to build muscle, protein is the most important element. It is the building block of muscle cells. A person who does resistance training needs 2.0–2.2g/kg of bodyweight protein daily. To hit that certain goal either it can be done through protein-rich homemade foods or through supplements.
People often grow a misconception about protein supplements. They usually think protein supplements can easily build muscle and natural whole foods can never replace them.
How do people end up buying cheap products?
People who mostly end up buying cheap products are younger ones. As most of them do not have too much money to spend, they end up buying cheap products.
The reason I always avoid cheap products is the trust issues. It is a product that I am putting inside my body and I can not casual about that.
This is why I also suggest others not to buy cheap products.
Better do this
Instead of putting cheap, unhealthy products inside the body; focus on whole foods. Have more protein-rich foods like — chicken breast, egg, soya chunks, paneer, tofu, etc.
