Supplements are a necessary part of an individual’s fitness journey. Though it is up to a person if he/she wants to take supplements or not, adding them to the routine can show some visible changes.

Supplements are not only what you buy from the store or from any online website. There are some natural supplements that are actually very important and need to be on point; or else the outcome will be zero.

These supplements are extremely essential more than the ones you buy from stores. And, to discuss that here in this blog I am going to share those crucial supplements.

Before we start, know one thing — Diet is the most important thing you need to look after. Without a balanced diet, you can not see any expected progress. Because of that, I have written a blog on how to create a diet without nutritional knowledge which you can check out.

1. Training the same muscle twice a week

We all know to build muscle/lose weight we need to train. But if your aim is specifically to gain muscle then training the same muscle twice/thrice a week is important. This type of training puts the muscle in an optimal condition to grow.

And to train like that we have many different splits. The most famous ones are Push-Pull-Legs, Upper-Lower, and Full body(3x a week).

2. Eating enough protein

Protein is crucial for muscle growth. As we all know protein is the building block for muscle cells, consuming the proper amount of protein is necessary to grow our muscles.

Not only for muscle gain protein is also very important for weight loss. As it is tough to digest staying in a deficit or a calorie budget becomes easier.

3. Sleep/Rest

No matter what the goal someone training for, taking enough rest is a very important part of their fitness journey.

Without proper rest/sleep not only for our body it becomes difficult to perform simple tasks but also due to heavy training our body can not recover.

Our body heals when we sleep. That time not only does our body build muscle but also burns fat. That is why we need a night of proper sleep to recover properly to give our 100% the next day.
